This short 11 corner clockwise circuit may look easy on the outside, but once you get into it, it begins to emerge as a challenging circuit. Most of the passing opportunity is within the first half of the track, where late braking is essential to get the best lap times. The second half of the circuit is a twisty and demanding section. Each of the corners run into one another leading out to the pit straight.

The facilities this circuit has to offer are outstanding. There are only a few stands, most of them on pit straight. There is one overlooking the first two corners and if you're positioned correctly you will be able to see the cars come in from the last corner. The last stand is overlooking the Turn Three Hairpin. The rest of the circuit is simply General Admission areas. The outside of the circuit has large hills surrounding it, making viewing from the far back a very enjoyable experience. The pits themselves are equally split up, so the top and bottom teams have the same amount of space.

In addition, there are three buildings (one two-storey and two three-storey) within the middle of the circuit which can house many people. The drivers themselves, all the crew needed to make the weekend run and many corporate and V.I.P. guests can be easily housed. This circuit has one of the best medical facilities to offer to the drivers, guests and anyone who needs medical attention during a racing weekend.

This circuit is recognised by most international racing organisations and is a great place to hold any national or even international events.
