Access was provided at Concord Rd (via Sydney and Young Streets), east-facing ramps at Silverwater Road, and a temporary connection to Parramatta Road at Melton Street. Also opened was the section between Church Street Great Western Highway. East facing ramps were provided at Burnett Street a westbound off-ramp at Coleman Street.
